A: As often as you like. There’s no limit.
Q: Is it true that you can link MemorialTags?
A: Yes it is. Every MemorialTag can be linked to another family memorial thereby creating a family tree. For example, you could scan one member of your family’s MemorialTag and have access to view any other family member’s memorial.
Q: How long will a MemorialTag last outdoors?
A: Our MemorialTags have been tested to withstand harsh environments for at least 20 years.
Q: If I needed to replace a MemorialTag would that be possible?
A: In the very unlikely event that you need to replace a MemorialTag you can just contact us, and we will send you a new one for a nominal fee.
Q: What surfaces can you affix a MemorialTag to?
A: Any clean and flat surface.
Q: Can you only view a MemorialTag on a mobile phone?
A: No, you can either use a mobile phone or you can go to our website and input the MemorialTag code found on the bottom of each Tag.
Q: I am in the funeral trade; would I be able to stock MemorialTags?
A: Please contact us to discuss possibilities.
Q: How much will it cost to renew my MemorialTags account after 10 years?
A: It will only be a nominal fee.
